2. Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 1 night per apartment and night included half-board, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons with aleast 4 nights. For 3 nights or less we charge a suplement of 8 € per person per night.
The double room for single occupancy paid a surcharge of € 15 per night!

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels

Discounts for children:
Kids up to 3 years stay with us free of charge.
Kids up to 3 years to 7 years pay only 50%.
Children aged 8 until 12 years receive a discount of 30%!
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Attention – Tourist Tax: persons aged 14 years and over will from 1.1.2014 have to pay a tourist tax of 1,00 € per person per night until 31.12.2016.
Attention: From 01.01.2017 tourists have to pay 1,55 € per person per night. This fee is not included in the halfboard price of your stay: it is payable on departure.

3. Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 8,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

4. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be
confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

Payment: You can pay amounts only until 1.999,99 € in cash
We accept this credit-cards: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, or EC-CARD.

5. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the room will ready for you only at 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

6. Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 80 % of the total price.

7. Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. Only the deposit we will retain. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price.
